What is a Mofette? How does it work for YOU?
A mofette(Mofeta-romanian) is a hole in the ground shaped like an amphitheater with lots of wooden steps around, where patients can go inside(with clothes on) in a standing position for 5 to 15 minutes.The room is filled with natural gas coming from the lower levels of the Earth.The mofette gas is a postvolcanic emanation of Carbon Dioxide in very high concentration and purity(90-98%) mix with 2% Radon(a low radioactive gas) which rises the CO2's efficacy and penetration.
